My pawtrait turned is wonderful and the artist was really friendly. My only problem was the size of the digital portrait. If you plan a bigger canvas print you can't unfortunately get that unless you don't mind alot of pixels. You have to settle for a small print. When I asked the artist to send me the art in higher resolution they didn't. That makes me really sad.
So...if you want a wonderful pawtrait from your pet and you don't mind the small resolution then go for it!
